Delete Your Account
Submit this form to request permanent deletion of your MileMates account and data, without needing to install or open the app.
What happens next
- We email a confirmation link to the address on file for that account (not the email you type below - this stops anyone from deleting an account that isn't theirs)
- Clicking the link deactivates the account immediately and starts a 30-day countdown to permanent deletion
- Logging back into the app any time in those 30 days cancels the deletion and restores everything
What gets permanently deleted (after 30 days)
- Your profile, posts, activities, messages you sent, follows, blocks and coins
- Clubs or challenges you created (ownership transfers to another member, or they're deleted if you were the only one)
- Messages you sent in shared conversations are removed from your account; the conversation itself and messages from others remain
- Safety reports you filed or were named in are retained for audit purposes, per our Privacy Policy
Already have the app? You can also delete instantly from Settings → Delete Account inside MileMates.
After you confirm via email, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted 30 days later, consistent with our Privacy Policy - log back in any time before then to cancel. Questions? Email supportmilemates@gmail.com.
